Learning Center

N.KMS Learning Center is a very important part of the application which is providing online collaborative sharing between students, staffs & alumni members.  We have integrated with free version of MediaWiki into our application to share any type of content with our sharing platform. Users can post any article with same format of Media Wiki articles.

Learning Center is integrated with college courses. When adding some content will goes in the department > course structure.

Advantages of Learning center is to making everyone in part of the conversation, community & online sharing.

Notes – Add / Delete notes on any pages will give students to take notes. So those users will no need to remember the things what he studied on particular page.

Pages – By creating pages in the Learning center will give searchable, editable content & visible to other users. Users can also see editing history to view who has participated in the page.

Department structure – Course has organized in the department structure with its course listing.

Search – Application will search title & text part of any pages when someone is trying to search some content

Alumni Network

N.KMS Alumni network is part of networking inside our college. It provides alumni students to interact with other alumni, students & staff members. It allows one alumni to contact other alumni, students & others. They can send message, add friends, share photos & videos.

Alumni network also has alumni member search that gets users inputs like courses, year & branch. Alumni also include Alumni officers, previous events, alumni chapters & scholarships.

Profile

N.KMS Profile is a very important part of the application which is providing a social feel to the users. Most of the social networking applications / Social media applications are using Profile module as the base one. So we gave it as a default module for any application. It’s a hub of social stream, where it shows all the updates from the users in the sites.

Profile has a wall that other users can write a public scrap to others wall. But most important is updates. Updates will gather all information about their friends & list out the updates in the Home page. So that user can easily track their friends activities.

 Photos

N.KMS Photos allows user to create maximum number of albums and upload maximum number of photos in each album. The uploaded photos will be showed in the updates. It can also be restricted according to the privacy settings. User can also comment for each of the uploaded photos and that comment will be displayed in the friends profile updates.

Each album, photos created by the user are editable. Only the owner of the classifieds will have the permission to edit or delete the album or the uploaded photos. The users can search the album, photos by title or description in their photos. The e-mail will be sent to friends if a photo was uploaded. Each album can be maintained securely using the  privacy settings while creating the album and also the settings can be changed while editing that album.

In N.KMS Events, Occurrence happening at a determinable time and place, with or without the participation of human agents. It may be a part of a chain of occurrences as an effect of a preceding occurrence and as the cause of a succeeding occurrence.

N.KMS is a great place to promote your organization’s or users events. Simply create the event, add pictures, and invite your contacts to join.  In addition to groups, you can post details of events in your profile so people can RSVP (ie.)The person sending the invitation would like you to tell him or her whether you accept or decline the invitation. That is, will you be coming to the event or not? You have the option to leave the event open to people in your network or open for everyone.

Classifieds

N.KMS Classifieds allow user to post advertisement in any category, and advertisement maybe either for buying or selling depends on the need of the users. User can comment for the classifieds which will be shown in profile updates. While posting the classifieds all the required details will be collected from the user and it will be showed in classifieds view.

The User can reply by either comments or by contact information given by the user in classifieds. The photo or image that are necessary for  the classifieds product advertisement can be uploaded. Each classifieds and their images posted by the user can be edited. Only the owner of the classifieds will have the permission to edit or delete the classifieds. The users can search the classifieds by category, title or by description. Also users can share the page in Facebook, Twitter or can mail to other users or friends.

N.KMS Answers allows users to post Questions & get answers from their community experts.

User can post the new Question by giving question title, category and description. User can search the question by giving the keywords and category. There are two options to get the result. User can get the all questions or only Unanswered Questions by selecting the unanswered check box. List out the questions posted by current logged in user. List out the answers posted by current logged in user. This Section contains all closed question.
